Located in one of Sydney’s inner-west lifestyle villages, this urban infill project mixes the concept of a multi-generational home with the amenity of boutique inner city apartments. Each residence is tailor made for differing lifestyle requirements to suit the differing client demographics, providing individual amenity and privacy while supporting opportunities for the residents to come together.

Two finely proportioned brick volumes rest atop the plinth, one bookending the fine grain texture of the heritage brick streetscape, the other opening to capture district and harbour views beyond.
